Bells is a training tool that enhances your kettlebell workouts by offering guidance and tracking features. It provides a convenient method to program and share workouts effortlessly with other users and students. The app offers four QuickStart features that allow users to swiftly delve into any training session, build on it in real-time, and save it for future use.
It comes with a pre-set list of fundamental kettlebell skills and the option to add custom skills. Users can provide detailed workout instructions, including links to video demonstrations via YouTube or Vimeo.
For those who prefer not to design their own workouts, the premium feature provides new monthly workouts to keep training routines fresh. Subscribing to the premium version gives access to twelve proven workouts crafted by professional kettlebell instructors for a monthly fee of approximately $10.
Alternatively, users can opt to purchase professionally designed programs tailored to various proficiency levels, from beginner to advanced. Each program can be bought individually and seamlessly integrated into the BELLS app, complete with instructions and video guides.
The app offers a variety of QuickStart options such as Ladder, EMOM, Straight Sets, and Custom settings to assist users in quickly initiating workout sessions or training routines. By leveraging these features, users can easily track progress and share their workouts with others.
Users can personalize their workouts by selecting individual skills or creating complex routines within the app. They can choose from preset exercises or add custom skills, determine the number of bells, weight, sets, reps, rest periods, and exercise modes. The app also maintains a log of workout history, displaying duration and total weight lifted based on the parameters set during each session.
Subscription to Bells can be done through the iTunes account. Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase and will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Users have the flexibility to manage subscriptions and disable auto-renewal through the app's 'Manage Subscription' page in settings.
